袁付顺

袁付顺,安阳师范学院数学与统计学院院长,教授,硕士研究生导师。1990年在西北大学获基础数学专业硕士学位,1993年在华南理工大学获自动控制理论及应用专业博士学位。在ACC、IEEE、《控制理论与应用》、《纯粹数学与应用数学》、《系统科学与系统工程学报》等国内学术期刊和会议上发表论文130余篇,其中70余篇被SCI,EI等权威索引收录,出版著作3部。作为第二参加者(包括申请人)参与国家自然科学基金项目“分布参数系统变结构控制”、“基于几何散射理论提取高距离分辨雷达目标特征方法研究” 以及“具有时间滞后的离散变结构控制系统的分析与设计”3项(均已结题)的研究工作,主持完成了国家自科基金项目无线网络控制系统的性能极限分析与优化设计(编号为:61073065)。主持完成4项河南省自然科学基金项目“时间滞后系统的变结构控制”、“时滞大系统稳定性分析与变结构控制的智能方法”、“时间滞后复合变结构控制系统抖动削弱及设计的程序化”及“具有时滞的不确定网络系统的滑模变结构智能控制研究”和1项河南省教委基础研究项目“关于线性时间滞后系统VSC原理的研究”。作为第二参加者(含主持者)参加了河南省科技攻关项目“商业自动化系统的开发与研制”的研究工作。1995年获“国家教委科技进步一等奖”,曾获河南省(青年)自然科学优秀论文一等奖项、二等奖6项。2005年被评为河南省教育厅科学技术带头人。2007年荣获全国优秀教师,安阳市优秀专家,安阳市劳动模范和安阳师范学院教学名师等称号,2013年荣获河南省教学名师称号。在本项目中承担系统建模,系统性能分析工作。
